हमारी संस्कृति में विवाह सम्बन्ध की स्थापना का बहुत महत्व है,इससे नव दम्पत्ति गृहस्त आश्रम में प्रवेश करते है,वैदिक शास्त्रों में यह यह सर्वोपरि माना गया है

यथा नदीनदाः सर्वे सागरे यान्ति संस्थितिम् । 
तथैवाश्रमिणः सर्वे गृहस्थे यान्ति संस्थितिम् ॥ ९० ॥  मनु स्मृति(6-90)

इसी लिए सगोत्र ओर सपिंड गोत्र में विवाह सम्बन्ध निषिद्ध माना गया है।
महृषि दयानंद जी ने समझाया है क्षत्रियः आर्यो को जैसे पानी मे पानी मिलने से विलक्षण गुण नही होता वैसे ही एक गोत्र पिता या माता कुल में विवाह होने से धातुओं में अदल बदल न होने से उन्नति कभी नही होगी विकृति होगी

असपिंडा च या मातु रस गोत्रा च या पितृह ।
सा प्रशास्ता इव हिं देवाः दार कर्मणि मैथुने ॥ ५ ॥ (मनु स्मृति 3—5)

अर्थात जो कन्या माता के कुल की छः पीढियो में न हो और पिता की न होउसी कन्या से विवाह करना चाहिए

यथा गोती सो भाई बाकी असनायी

यही कहावत सदियों से चली आ रही है माता के भाई की बेटी बहन हुई ,मामा की बेटी बुवा की बेटी बहन हुई ,अर्थात माँ का गोत्र छोड़ कर अन्य गोत्र की कन्या से विवाह स्वीकार्य ओर सुखकारी होता है।

रोहिले राजपूतो में यह सुखकारी सर्व हितकारी मान्यता बरकरार रहे पुरखो की देन उनकी बनाई गई वैधानिक वैज्ञानिक वैवाहिक रीत चलती रहे और समाज मे भ्रम न फैले कोई दिग्भ्रमित न हो किसी उद्देश्य से,अखिल भारतीय रोहिला क्षत्रियः विकास परिषद रजिस्टर्ड सम्बद्ध अखिल भारतीय क्षत्रियः महासभा समय समय पर रोहिले राजपूतो/क्षत्रियों के आज तक खोजे गए लगभग 200 गोत्रों की सूचियों को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया व प्रिंटिड मीडिया पत्र पत्रिकाओं के माध्यम से आप तक पहुंचाती रही है ताकि किसी को कोई दिक्कत न आये।परिषद की वेबसाइट पर भी यह लिस्ट उपलब्ध है,सगोत्र का अर्थ अपने पिता के गोत्र ओर सपिंड गोत्र का अर्थ वर व कन्या की माता के गोत्र से है इन गोत्रो को अवश्य छोड़ना है परन्तु दिल्ली शालीमार क्षेत्र की कुछ रोहिला विलगीत अन्य टाँकादि जातियों के सम्मेलन में 7 अप्रैल को आपने साथ रोहिला शब्द का इस्तेमाल करके माता के गोत्र को भी छोड़ के माता के गोत्र की कन्या से विवाह करने के प्रस्ताव पर तालिया बजा दी और दिल्ली और हरियाणा के अखबारों में छपवा दिया कि माता के गोत्र की कन्या से विवाह करना उचित रहेगा तथा कन्याओं की कमी पूरी होगी

जबकि वहाँ पर राष्ट्रीय स्तर से रोहिला राजपूत/,क्षत्रियः संगठनों के धोखे से बिना इस एजेंडे को बताए बुलाये गए जन प्रतिनिधियो ने विरोध कर इसे सामाजिक विकृति बताया तो उनके एक नही सुनी और मंच पर बोलने से रोका गया,अतः एतद द्वारा सभी रोहिला क्षत्रियः जन को सूचित हो कि उत्तर प्रदेश के किसी संगठन का इस वक्तव्य से कोई सम्बन्ध नही है जो अखबारों में छपवाया गया और व्हाट्स एप के जरिये वायरल किया गया। हम इसका विरोध व निंदा भृर्तस्ना करते है

अपने पुरखों की परंपरा हम नही तोड़ेंगे और विवाह के लिए माँ के गोत्र की कन्या से नाता नही जोड़ेंगे

श्री राम जी की वंशावली का वर्णन ।

राम इक्ष्वाकु वंश के थे और इस वंश के गुरु वशिष्ठ जी थे जिन्होंने इस प्रकार श्री राम की वंशावली का वर्णन किया।

ब्रह्मा जी से मरीचि का जन्म हुआ। मरीचि के पुत्र कश्यप थे। कश्यप के पुत्र विवस्वान हुए, विवस्वान के वैवस्वत मनु हुए और वैवस्वत मनु के पुत्र इक्ष्वाकु।

इक्ष्वाकु के पुत्र कुक्षि थे।
कुक्षि के पुत्र का नाम विकुक्षि था।
विकुक्षि के पुत्र बाण
बाण के पुत्र अनरण्य हुये।
अनरण्य से पृथु
पृथु से त्रिशंकु का जन्म हुआ था
त्रिशंकु के पुत्र धुन्धुमार
धुन्धुमार के पुत्र युवनाश्व हुए
युवनाश्व के पुत्र मान्धाता हुये और
मान्धाता से सुसन्धि का जन्म हुआ।
सुसन्धि के दो पुत्र हुये- ध्रुवसन्धि एवं प्रसेनजित।
ध्रुवसन्धि के पुत्र भरत हुये।
भरत के पुत्र असित हुये और
असित के पुत्र सगर हुये।
सगर के पुत्र का नाम असमञ्ज था।
असमञ्ज के पुत्र अंशुमान
अंशुमान के पुत्र दिलीप हुये।
दिलीप के पुत्र भगीरथ हुये
भागीरथ के पुत्र ककुत्स्थ
ककुत्स्थ के पुत्र रघु हुये।

रघु बहुत पराक्रमी और तेजस्वी राजा थे और उनका प्रताप अत्यधिक था जिसकी वजह से इस वंश का नाम रघुवंश पड़ा।

प्रवृद्ध के पुत्र शंखण
शंखण के पुत्र सुदर्शन हुये।
सुदर्शन के पुत्र अग्निवर्ण
अग्निवर्ण के पुत्र शीघ्रग
शीघ्रग के पुत्र मरु
मरु के पुत्र प्रशुश्रुक
प्रशुश्रुक के पुत्र का नाम अम्बरीश ।
अम्बरीश के पुत्र का नाम नहुष
नहुष के पुत्र ययाति
ययाति के पुत्र नाभाग
नाभाग के पुत्र का नाम अज
अज के पुत्र दशरथ
राजा दशरथ के चार पुत्र हुए श्री रामचन्द्र, भरत, लक्ष्मण तथा शत्रुघ्न।
श्री रामचंद्र के दो पुत्र लव और कुश हुए।
